    My Story, My Total Approach to Wellness Journey.

    Welcome to the first episode of Talk to Vicky, RHN,’A Total Approach to Wellness’. I’m so glad you are joining me today and I am very excited to take you along on this journey. In this debut episode, I’m sitting down with my daughter, Nicole, to share the story of my wellness adventure, which began over 20 plus years ago. From making big changes in our family’s health to building a career as a registered holistic nutritionist, to owning my own health clinic.  

    In our conversation, Nicole and I talk about everything from our family wellness journey to today’s trends, and we share why I felt inspired to start this podcast to clear up some of the common misconceptions around health and wellness. Nicole and I reflect on the ups and downs we experienced as a family with this wellness journey.
